To support our growth we now wish to appoint a

 

Marketing Director

who thrives in a global multi-company and group environment and is a skilled marketing professional with a proven track record within (healthcare) business-to-business services organizations. The Marketing Director will be responsible, in close collaboration with the Group Chairman, Operating Company CEOs and Sales Leadership, for developing, executing and implementing a global strategic marketing plan consistent with the strategy and positioning of the MAPI Group and its associated businesses.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing, executing and implementing a global strategic marketing plan
• Managing assigned marketing resources on a direct and/or indirect reporting basis
• Developing marketing materials to support identified goals associated with messaging, leading generation and other sales support
• Developing and maintaining the integrity of the brand(s) within the Mapi Group
• Coordinating all trade show activities
• Conducting research into and reporting on the market and competitive landscape
• Leading the development and management of content 
• Tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics
• Supporting internal communications at the Mapi Group and Operating Company level and acting as the primary point of coordination for all Mapi Group internal communications

 

REQUIREMENTS:  

• 8+ years marketing experience ideally gained in a (healthcare) business-to-business services organization with a minimum of 3 years at Director level
• Significant experience of working in a complex global multi-company or group environment in Europe and North America
• Ability and willingness to manage projects from conception to implementation
• Extensive experience in multiple channels including trade shows, direct marketing, interactive and print
• Superior communication, presentation, relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English, knowledge of other languages (e.g. French) is an advantage
• Strong customer focus

 

LOCATION: London, Lyon or Paris
